Walk to the Gulf, pier, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, and bars—then come home to a gated waterfront community with its own beach and outdoor pool, seasonally heated during select spring months.
Enjoy complimentary access to Sunshine Daydream’s designated kayak and paddleboard equipment beside the South Harbour marina for an easy launch onto the water.

Association rules & helpful information.
A quick guide to the confirmed rules for a smooth stay. Full arrival and association instructions are provided before check-in.
Pool & shared spaces
The outdoor community pool is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is seasonally heated during select spring months. Heating dates are determined by the association and may vary. No lifeguard is on duty; swim at your own risk. Children under 12 must be supervised. No glass in the pool area.
The gym is open from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Please follow posted community rules.
Quiet enjoyment
Quiet hours are 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors. Fireworks are not permitted.
Parking & arrival
South Harbour is a private gated community with on-site parking, elevators, and luggage carts. Gate and arrival instructions are sent before check-in.
Home rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Maximum of four guests. No pets, smoking, parties, or events. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
